We offer a full Plasma Cutting Service from CAD Design to final product we use a Hypertherm 65 and are CNC Plasma cutter can cut 3m x 1.5m sheets up to 20mm thick.
Plasma cutting is used to cut metals of different thicknesses using a plasma torch. Inert Gas is blown at high speed out of the torch nozzle, while an electrical arc is formed through the gas from the nozzle, to the surface being cut, turning some of that gas to plasma. The plasma melts the metal and the gas blows it away.
